Red Bull’s labeling misrepresents enrichment and other violations proving to be untruthful and inaccurate. If you purchased Red Bull between January 1, 2002 and October 3, 2014 you could be entitled to receive one of the following two benefit options:
- A cash reimbursement (in the form of a check) of $10.00; or
- Free Red Bull products (either Red Bull ® Energy Drink or Red Bull ® Sugarfree, as selected on the Claim Form) with a retail value of approximately $15.00 (the “Product Option”).
